What is the right way to Install and Fold?
Are these nets washable and how to do?
Yes they are easily washable, wash at regular intervals when dirty.

What are the poles made of and why not Iron?
Once the Iron Poles rust and deform which does happen it renders the product useless, whereas the plastic poles never rust or deform and inherently are easy to fold.
Do the Poles break or deform?
No the poles are made of special plastic which are tested in cold and hot water and do not loose their elasticity.
Any special care to be taken of the poles?
No, only extreme abuse should be avoided, and do not play with the spring action of the poles.
Are the nets strong?
Yes they are very strong and do not puncture easily. Also an ON SITE repair kit is given in case of damages if occured.

What other problems arise and how to take care?
As such the life of our net and the whole system is very good in case the runner from the chain is pulled out it can be easily reinstalled.
